Ying Hui is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, she worked at both international and domestic law firms, including Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, Global Law Office, and Zhejiang Heyi Guanda Law Firm, and also served as the Legal Director of a listed company for nearly a decade, during which she accumulated extensive experience in corporate M&A (including cross-border M&A) and foreign investment.

 

Her main practice areas encompass investment and financing, M&A, capital markets, and investment funds. She has represented clients in numerous significant cross-border M&A transactions involving variouse countries and regions, such as Canada, France, Australia, Chile, the Netherlands, and South Korea.
