Yang Pan is the Chief Operating Officer at Merits & Tree Law Offices. Mr. Pan has extensive entrepreneurial experience in the legal industry, with involvment in projects including law firm management systems, intelligent case handling tool, legal databases, smart legal consultant, legal service platform, and digital law firm. He also possesses management experience in both corporation and law firm, in which he accumulated a wealth of practical experience in “Law + Technology + Internet” and “Digital Construction of Law Firm”.

 

Prior to 2020, Mr. Pan held the positions of partner and executive CEO at a prominent legal technology company, where he was responsible for company management and financing, regional market development, law firm consulting, international study tours, and training. He has visited thousands of law firms and established cooperation with tens of thousands of lawyers, accumulating a profound foundation and in-depth knowledge of the industry.

After 2020, he embarked on a new venture, co-funding a law firm in collaboration with a renowned legal technology platform. As the Executive Director, he built the initial team, and established the firm’s operational, management, and business systems from the ground up. Leveraging his understanding of the digital evolution of the legal industry and experience in law firm management, he has integrated the online and offline business logic and scenarios of legal services, leading to rapid business growth.
