Xiaolin (Serene) Huang possesses extensive expertise in PE/VC, M&A and BD Deals (License in/out). She provides comprehensive legal services for nearly one hundred financing transactions, including deal structure design, due diligence, drafting, revising and negotiating transaction documents, etc., which covers fields such as life sciences, TMT and education. Serene also offers additional services such as perennial legal advisory services and employee incentive plans. In the field of BD Deals (License in/out), She serves as legal counsel to numerous transactions and provide legal services such as reviewing the historical documents and drafting, modifying and negotiating transaction documents, etc. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Serene worked on the negotiation project for the major MH370 air crash for one year.
