  • Represented another world-leading chemical company against a Chinese petrochemical company for a trade secret misappropriation dispute, and won the lawsuit.
  • Represented a Chinese leading audio processing company in a number of complex patent disputes.
  • Representing Cummins Inc., the world-leading engine company, in handling patent litigation, non-litigation and other intellectual property matters in China.
  • Represented Autoliv, the world-leading automotive safety company, over a series of patent infringement cases and patent invalidation cases, and won all cases.
  • Representing Fleetguard, a world-leading auto-parts company, over a series of patent infringement, patent invalidation cases, as well as trademark, unfair competition and other intellectual property cases.
  • Represented Gree Inc. in patent infringement and invalidation cases against AUX, successfully changed the original judgment in the patent administrative case and obtained infringement compensation of more than RMB 8 million.
  • Represented Chongqing Huapont Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.（重庆华邦制药有限公司）against AstraZeneca, a world-leading pharmaceutical company, in patent infringement and patent invalid cases, successfully invalidated AstraZeneca’s patent, and AstraZeneca withdrew the infringement case.
  • Represented Skyworth, a Chinese leading home appliance company, in handling standard essential patent（SEP）licensing matters.
  • Represented a Chinese leading pharmaceutical company in filing a well-known trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit, and won the lawsuit in the first instance.
