Xin Xu is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Xu worked as an associate at King & Wood Mallesons and worked in quality control at CITIC Securities Company Limited.

 

Mr. Xu has been in law practice for more than 10 years, focusing on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Equipped with professional, unique insights and a deep understanding of finance, corporate, and capital market business, he has provided legal services to many well-known investment banks, funds, and listed companies at home and abroad, and has successfully helped many companies to complete IPO listing.
